Think Positive

10 minutes of positive thinking counter-balances ur whole day negative thoughts
so Think Positive
Now Question arises How can we think positive ???
We know there are various good effects of positive thinking on our
heart, body, mind and soul
and our life and enviornment
but still we are not always positive !!!

A way to think positive may be :
1) Meditate for 10 minutes
2) Think: only after one second, u r going to die and now, how should u spend this moment !! Happily or thinking negative and abusing someone
